Having completed Lean on Ayurveda, gentle Autumn cleanse, I feel clearer, lighter, happier and filled with gratitude. Cooked apples recipe was delicious for breakfast and I really took on board Vytautes advice to use the 6 tastes in each meal. I have felt satisfied and no longer any sweet cravings. I loved the gentle lead in and also the replenish at the end. I listened to the Lean on Ayurveda podcasts, which really supported the cleanse, and share Ayurveda in a gentle, loving way. I recently joined the spring cleanse run by Vytaute. I was really surprised how insightful it was. I thought it would be easy and I would just give my digestive system a bit of a break, but I was wrong. It was a challenge but so worth it and I gained so much more than a break in my digestion. I got insight into my own eating habits, I found a peace that I don’t normally experience being quite an anxious person, I re discovered the different tastes of food and I am so much more mindful when eating.
It’s a great experience and I loved being part of a community all cheering each other on. Vytaute is an excellent facilitator and guide through the journey. Her knowledge and expertise are priceless. I would definitely recommend the cleanse to any one.
